We’ve been in India since 1987 and we set up our first customer relationship management office in New Delhi in 1995. Since then we’ve been taking big steps to grow our business.

Today, we serve over 200 customers across India.

You’ll be helping our corporate customers to improve their business reliability, become more globally competitive, and focus on their core customer business. We do this by providing virtual private network-based (VPN) services using technologies such as IP-based multi-protocol label switching (MPLS).

Our customer base cuts across a wide range of industries, including IT, IT enabled services (ITeS), banking and financial services, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. Our customers in India include Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Star TV, NDTV and Standard Chartered Bank.

In addition, we’re part of a virtual joint research initiative into next generation networks systems and services: the IU-ATC (India-UK Advanced Technology Centre). The aim is to support collaborative PhD, Post Doctorate projects, joint research programs, and the technology transfer between the UK and India.

The initiative includes: Partnering with UK and Indian Governments, universities and ICT specialists, Focus on Next Generation telecom networks, ICT services and applications.

We’re recognised by Gartner as a leader in both the Global and Asia Pacific Network Service Provider Magic Quadrants. We’ve also just won Best Managed Services Provider at the Telecom Asia Awards for the 4th year running.

We have a variety of roles available spread across our operations.

There’s growing demand for professions that come into direct contact with our customers such as Sales, Solutions. Client Services, Consultants and Project managers.

We also need skilled people on the technical side such as Security & IT, System architects and Connect roles. As well as supporting Group function roles such Legal and Finance.

Central Business Services (CBS) is the part of our organisation that’s been created to deliver a diverse range of business services across the whole of BT.

Services provided include finance and accounting, contract management, procurement, project management and customer service functions.

This CBS business services model means we can benefit from world-class operational efficiency and innovation. And critically, we help transform customer experience and cost which in turn drives profitable revenue growth for the company’s internal lines of business.
